Brick Technologies will deploy resources for the project at the customers' site.
All project management; quality assurance methodologies and tools will be replicated at site. The
accountability & responsibility of completing the project on time and according to customers'
expectations will lie with Brick Technologies.
Offsite Development
In this model the project will be undertaken at Brick Technologies, Texas.
Offshore Development
In this model, the project will be undertaken at the offshore development center in India.
This model has cost advantages as majority of the work will be carried out by our partners
in India. The requirements analysis and implementation will however be done at site.
Traverse Development
Under traverse development, the project will have a combination of offshore and onsite
models. This reduces the timeline for project completion together with the significant cost
advantage of offshore development.
Fixed Price Development
When requirements are crystallized and documented and change is not expected, a fixed price
development model is best suited. Since there are no major uncertainties on the scope or
requirements, it is possible to freeze the cost and timelines. In case specifications
are not frozen, Brick Technologies can provide consultancy services in helping the customer freeze the
specifications.
Professional Service
Brick Technologies can provide trained, certified and experienced resources having technical
and functional expertise to work on the projects managed by the customer. These may be offshore
or onsite and will be provided on a time and material basis.
